Promo HQ is operated by Project Launch LLC. This policy describes the information used in connection with Promo HQ and how to contact us about your privacy.

Privacy contact: AskBeverly@LaunchThisProject.com.

2. Information you provide

• Account information used to register and sign in, such as your email address.
• Information you choose to save in Promo HQ, such as promo details, partner and buyer contact information, webinar results, payment records, links, documents, screenshots, ideas and content.
• Messages and information you send when contacting support.

Only upload or enter information about other people when you have permission or another appropriate basis to do so.

3. Google sign-in

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google asks for your permission to share basic account information, including your name, email address and profile picture. Promo HQ uses this information to identify you and provide access to your account. Google sign-in does not give Promo HQ your Google password.

You can review or remove your sign-in connection through your Google Account settings. Removing the Google connection does not itself delete information already saved in Promo HQ; contact us to request deletion.

4. How information is used

Information is used to provide your account and the features you choose to use, save and display your records, respond to support requests, and maintain the service.

Project Launch LLC does not sell users’ personal information.

5. Service providers and external links

Promo HQ uses third-party services to operate the app, including hosting, account sign-in and storage. Information used with those services is also subject to the applicable providers’ privacy practices.

Links you open from Promo HQ may lead to other websites. Those websites have their own privacy policies, which are not covered by this policy.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Promo HQ uses browser storage and sign-in session information to keep you signed in and remember preferences, such as teleprompter settings. Project Launch LLC does not use advertising trackers in Promo HQ.

7. Your information and deletion requests

You can edit or delete saved entries using the controls available in the app. To request deletion of your account and saved data, or ask about access to or correction of your information, email AskBeverly@LaunchThisProject.com.

Please identify the email address associated with your account. Do not include your password or other sign-in credentials in your request.
